After moving to NYC from Brazil, about 14 years ago, I still can't help but marvel at the magical mix that makes this city what it is. It trully is a place where all religions, races, lifestyles, ideals, manage to survive in peace in an almost utopian way. So that is what I wanted to celebrate, its diversity. To show to others the NYC that does not fit the tourist stereotypes of what this city is about, and to validate some ideas of what New York City really has to offer.
